IMAP · OSHO MEDITATION LEADER TRAINING · LEVEL 1
A 24-day online path: an Osho Meditation Camp + a 21-day Meditation Marathon + a 3-weekend Leader Training with IMAP certification.
A complete online certification path for those who want to become IMAP-certified leaders of Osho meditations. Three integrated stages — immersion, daily practice, and skills training — over 24 days.

The inner guide. The silence that leads.

A facilitator doesn't push — they hold space. This training is about finding that quality inside yourself: the stillness from which a meditation can begin, the presence that lets a group land. Not a role, not a method — a state.

About the programme
This is a full IMAP path from experience to capacity to lead. You don't simply learn the techniques of Osho's meditations — you live them, you anchor them in daily practice, and then you learn the inner posture from which a meditation can be truly held for others.
The program runs entirely online and is built as three connected blocks: a weekend immersion camp, three weeks of daily morning meditation, and three intensive training weekends. By the end you receive an IMAP Level 1 certificate that allows you to facilitate Osho meditation groups in your own community.
This is not a course about technique only. It's a transmission of the meditative quality that makes facilitation real.
Who this is for
This training is for people who already have some meditation experience and feel called to bring meditation to others.
It is especially supportive for:
- practitioners with at least 1–2 years of regular meditation
- therapists, coaches, and helping professionals who want to add meditative tools
- yoga teachers and movement practitioners looking to deepen the contemplative side
- people who already informally host meditation circles and want grounded training
- anyone preparing for IMAP Level 2 facilitator training
No previous Osho meditation experience is required, but a strong interest in active, body-based meditations is.
Methods
The training is grounded in IMAP Awakening Psychology and the full library of Osho's active and silent meditations.
Core methods covered:
- Active meditations: Dynamic, Kundalini, Nataraj, Nadabrahma, Mandala, Whirling, Gourishankar
- Silent and inner methods: Vipassana, No-Dimensions, Devavani, Gibberish, Mystic Rose intro
- Facilitator skills: voice, instruction timing, music cueing, group reading, transition holding
- Body and energy reading: noticing what a group needs in real time
- Ethics and boundaries for meditation leaders
Process phases
The program is a single arc made of three connected stages.
Phase 1 — Immersion (Osho Camp, Oct 30 – Nov 1)
A weekend of full-spectrum Osho meditation experience. You go through Dynamic, Kundalini, Nadabrahma, Nataraj and silent methods back-to-back — so by the end you know in your body what each one does.
Phase 2 — Embodiment (Marathon, Nov 2 – Nov 22)
21 mornings of guided meditation, 90 minutes each. This is where the practice becomes stable and the rhythm of a daily contemplative life is set.
Phase 3 — Capacity to Lead (Training, Nov 6 – Nov 22)
Three intensive weekends overlapping the marathon. Here we move from being in the meditation to holding it for others: voice, structure, group reading, ethics, and live practice with peer feedback.
Structure
The three stages are designed to overlap — the marathon runs through the training, so daily practice is woven into the learning.
