Open to everyone. The marathon is the most accessible doorway into a consistent Osho meditation practice.

About the process
One meditation doesn't change a life. Twenty-one in a row, with witnesses, often does.
Each morning we meet for 90 minutes — one full Osho method, fully led, in a live international group. The week's structure rotates active methods (Dynamic, Kundalini, Nataraj, Nadabrahma) with silent ones (Vipassana, No-Dimensions, Devavani) so the body, breath, voice, and attention all get touched.
By the end of three weeks, the early-morning meditation isn't a discipline anymore — it's a place you want to return to.
Methods
Weekly rotation across the core Osho library:
- Active: Dynamic, Kundalini, Nataraj, Nadabrahma, Mandala, Whirling
- Silent: Vipassana, No-Dimensions, Gourishankar (evening-shifted variant for morning)
- Released-language: Devavani, Gibberish
The exact daily schedule is published before the marathon starts so participants can prepare.
Structure
Week 1 (Nov 2–8) — anchoring the rhythm. Mostly active methods to wake the body.
Week 2 (Nov 9–15) — depth. More silent sittings begin to appear.
Week 3 (Nov 16–22) — integration. Balanced rotation; participants are guided toward designing their own ongoing practice.
All sessions: 08:00–09:30 Europe/Istanbul. Sessions are recorded; if you miss a morning, the recording is available for 24 hours.
